Return Policy
If there is an issue with your order you must contact MW Apparel Co. within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with any damages or issues with the order to be eligible for a replacement. After 24hours of the item being in your possession I will not be able to assist further.
Shipping Policy
MW Apparel Co. is NOT responsible for carrier-caused damage, loss, theft. If shipment was damaged, lost, stolen or misdelivered customer must contact the carrier first. If there is no resolution please contact MW Apparel Co. Make sure you have entered the correct shipping information. If your package is returned to MW Apparel Co., shipping costs will not be refunded. Reach out to MW Apparel Co., if you noticed you entered incorrect information. I will correct it if your package has not been shipped out. Please be aware email responses are within 24-48 hours and may not be seen.
